Roberto Zingari

Born in Milan on 28.02.1980

 

In October 2005, he graduated from Statale University of Milan, with a degree in criminal commercial law, supervising attorney Prof Carlo Benussi, final vote 106/110.

 

He was a trainee until 2007 at the Gandossi Law firm, specializing in corporate crime and then at the Ponti Law firm until 2013 specializing in white-collar crime.

 

He was admitted to the Milan Bar in September 2010.

 

He is a founding member of the law firm Penalisti Associati Zanconi & Zingari.

 

In the course of his career he has acquired specialized knowledge in corporate crime, crimes against Public Administration, intellectual property, as well as in tax crimes.

 

In particular, as a member of the Ponti Law firm, he has advised and acted in several criminal cases against Public Administration such as the so called  'Ecoballe' trial, involving fraud and deception in the public supply of waste disposal in the Campania region; and in the 'Oil for food' corruption trial.

 

He has taken on the defence mandate in many other high profile trials, such as 'Sistema Sesto'  a well known bribery and corruption case, as well as in a number of  bankruptcy and tax fraud trials.

 

He offers training in company administrative liability under the legislative decree:231/2001 and has participated in the drafting of some modules on organization and control, together with a consulting firm and other members of the law firm.
